Ramesh Madakari is the Co-Founder and Trustee of Samruddhi Wellness Foundation (R.) in Shivamogga, Karnataka.

Working alongside the foundation's leadership, his role is part of an initiative focused on mental health awareness, psychosocial rehabilitation, addiction care, family support and holistic wellness.

Supporting a compassionate care environment

The foundation's service model includes individual and family counselling, peer support, caregiver education, rehabilitation, life skills training and community reintegration. These services are presented within a framework that places compassion, confidentiality and holistic care at the centre.
